The knowledge of the technician was impressive, and the explanation of his application as he progressed was truly nice to hear. The cleaning went quickly but very efficiently, and our only concern with the whole process was an odor after we returned home a few hours after the work was done. We have been burning candles to help mask the smell. The carpet LOOKS great and we are satisfied with the job overall, so don't think we are trying to be negative.
