I honestly can't say enough! I've already told friends if they ever need this service to go through ya'll. Ben was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever. He demoed a couple spots to show us what it look like when he's done, he tested a tile spot then happily did our 100 sg ft. of tile free. We added some services while he was here. I do not in anyway feel he was trying to up sale us at all. You can absolutely tell he enjoys what he does and takes great pride in his services. Our floor looks amazing, we walk around staring at it in amazement with how clean they are. We will be calling y'all again! Thank you!

Jordan did an excellent job cleaning our carpets so I give him a 10 out of 10 rating! This was our second time to use Zerorez and we will definitely continue to use them in the future. I love that the carpets dry so quickly and that they smell fresh and clean afterwards instead of having a chemical odor that takes a while to dissipate.

Easy to schedule an appointment. The technicians have always shown up in the window, generally on the earlier side. The process is explained and my carpets have never looked better. I'm happy I made the switch, I wish I had found you sooner. Aiden did a fantastic job.

Environmentally friendly. The rug cleaning process was quick and easy and really brighten the rug. I believe it was Paul who did the service. He was professional friendly and very knowledgeable. I will use this company’s service again.
We like the fact that it is such a “natural” product and not a lot of residue is left on our carpets after cleaning. Also, the folks at Zerorez are so easy to work with. Javier did a fantastic job, explaining spots that needed special work, and took care of every room perfectly!
I like the ability to get the schedule I need and the GREAT service. The tech who did our office walls (accoustic ribbed wall covering installed over twenty years ago) made them look new! The price was fair!
I then called Zerorez for my own pitiful little hovel. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced, but at this time I cannot. The tech gave me a fair price on the phone, followed through WITHOUT adding anything at the time of service. (Truly a rarity) handled pet stains and odors, old stains from carpet being old and left the whole place without odor or perfumes. The carpet was dry to the foot almost immediately and completely dry within a few hours. I do believe their ads are how they operate and I will use them again. I highly recommend Paul, Javier, and Brad!
