Customer service is excellent. My carpets look incredible! This is my third time using Zerorez and it is now my go to carpet. Next time I’m going to try their air duct cleaning and then their dryer lint cleaner!

On time! Fast cleaning process! Friendly worker! Decent price! Cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway, several small stains left on carpets. Not visible before carpets dried.

That there are no soaps or detergents. I always get sick after having my carpets cleaned and I did not this time. Also the dry time is so much quicker.
