The appointment was scheduled quickly. The technician kept us informed about his arrival time. We have a bad pet stain that no one has removed so far and it appears to be gone now. The tile cleaning was impressive. We didn't realize how dirty the grout had become. It looks brand new. The carpet wasn't soggy or wet when the cleaning was done.

We had our carpet cleaned and the technician did the tiled area outside the rooms he cleaned. It was amazing to see the cleaned tile and grout. We decided to add the rest of the tiled areasin rge house.

We have used your service several times, always satisfied, but the last was the best. The tech, Jordan, really listened about the fact that the carpet stayed wet longer than it should have every other time, and he seemed to know how to correct that. He was also able to get out some spots that did not previously come out completely. Through some sort of promotion, he enabled us to have three of our oriental rugs cleaned, and had them returned in a week since we were expecting guests. Very satisfied!

The boss, Brandon, came to the site to basically confirm all was great and was working well. Price was right as well. Our carpet cleaning was a bit difficult as we have acoustic ribbed fabric on the four walls of our garage office. It has been in place gathering muck and yuck for about twenty years. I was concerned about the cleaning causing issues with the drywall behind the carpet. All was great as Brandon assured me it would be. The dirt stains on the walls from wall hangings and leaky roof, are all clean and clear! I am calling to schedule a cleaning for my personal home soon.

Ben was super friendly and informative. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and tile. The carpet looked like new and he was able to remove the dirt and build up in the grout of the tile of my new house. Looks almost like new!

Third time using Zerorez. The guys are professionals and very friendly. They ask questions and provide great information. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of the carpet in my son's room. I didnt believe the stains could be removed. The guys removed chocolate milk,, red stains, dirt, and Lord knows what else my son wasted in the carpet over the last year.
