I was Very skeptical about getting my rug cleaned because I have had it done before and I think it was dirtier after. Zero Rez had the best reviews so I made an appointment. The gentlemen that came was very informative and helpful. I had a dog that was mad at us for going on vacation and had urinated 4 times upstairs and the house sitter did not know it so it dried and smelled. that was my main reason for getting the carpets cleaned. I ended up also having my 8x10 rugs done as well. I have wood floors and was very worried about them getting wet. He did a 2x2 foot square before he did the rest of the carpets. He was correct in that I had nothing to worry about and had them both done. Beautiful. Then a couple days later it got really hot and the upstairs got warm and really smelled. I called and they had no problem coming back out and the gentleman did not act like it was a waist of time. He acted like he was genuinely glad to help and my upstairs does NOT smell like dog piddle. I am so happy with Zero Rez job and attitude. They went out of their way to please.
I like that your cleaner removed large set-in stains and left my 16 year old carpet looking almost new. Also, it did not take a long time to dry. I was walking on it after your people were here and it felt just damp as opposed to other cleaners that left so much water that when you walked on it your feet were completely wet! The service people were great - very knowledgeable and informative about your product and very efficient in performing the job.

They work!! They are chemical free! Service is very customer friendly! I have never been disappointed and before discovering this company, I had used a variety of different carpet cleaning companies! All of them looked great when completed but lasted only a couple of weeks and used chemicals! This is the first one I have used that actually cleans the carpet well and has no chemical use or odor!! I highly recommend Zerorez!!!
The process is clean and healthier than other carpet shampoo processes. The Zerorez rep was wonderful! He explained the process, answered all the questions we had about what Zerorez had to offer. He was very thorough and the carpet looked amazing when he was finished. I am definitely calling them again for the holidays
