First off both the technician was very good very polite very courteous very helpful make sure you were included in all the decisions and he explained everything step by step. Second no chemicals nice clean smell the carpets look amazing I can't Rave enough how bad they were and how good they look. 3rd just they got me in they have good prices I recommend them to everybody everybody use Zerorez!

Great staff! Easy to book appointment, they were on time the day of the cleaning. The technician was great at explaining everything. We can see and feel a huge difference in our carpet! The process is so impressive using the empowered water. Carpets dry quickly & stains vanished without chemicals. Having white carpet, there is no way to hide stains & Zerorez did a fabulous job.
