Your tech was courteous and professional. The tech was not on time but I received a call from the company and the tech to inform me of such. Your tech added a pet solution to the carpet ( at an extra fee of course) and it really took out the smell in my rental. I have had other rentals treated by a competitor and their treatment did not take out the pet odor.
