I like the fact that the products are all natural and that they cleaned very well. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and now it really looks new. It also dried in about half a day. The tech also showed up on time.

Clean, quick, and reasonably priced

My 10 year old carpet had not been professionally cleaned for almost 3 years, so it was in real need of a good cleaning. The tech quickly and efficiently cleaned my carpet. And I was so pleased with the results! Due to the carpet’s age and the fact that it was not professionally cleaned for so long, the hard traffic areas did not come out 100% clean, but the tech mentioned this before he even began cleaning. Keeping that in mind, I was still surprised how clean the hard traffic areas actually were when he finished! I will definitely use Zerorez again!

The representative cleaned my ,carpet was Paul and he was very friendly and professional at the same . The product they used was wonderful and didn't saturate carpet and dried very quickly. They are so clean. I would not hesitate to call them again. Paul is an asset to your company.
