Don was amazing & was very professional & communicated exactly what he would be doing to clean my carpet. I like that water was used to clean & that no harmful residue was left behind. My carpets were in terrible shape & they came out amazingly clean & fresh! Don did an outstanding job & his customer service skills are top-notch...he was all about making sure I was happy with the results. He took extreme pride in the service he provided and in the actual job of cleaning my carpet. I am in healthcare sales and I recognize someone who goes above and beyond what is required because that is who they are and they are focused on the quality of the service they provide. We used the duct cleaning service and Josh did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond, and his attention to customer service is the best I have ever encountered and I am be very serious when I say this. He is also outstanding at explaining everything that they do and very detailed. If you have ducts that need cleaning I highly recommend you call Josh, the best 5 stars and I would give them more!

I like everything about the product and the service. Easy, fast service. The carpets do not smell like shampoo afterwards, you can tell there is no residue after the cleaning.

The carpets look great! Don was very nice and did a few extra spaces. I recommend Zerorez to you if you want to try something new for your carpets.
The gentlemen that did the work at my house was an extremely hard worker and knowledgeable on what he could and could not get out of the carpets. I have had my carpets cleaned a number of times and not one of them was able to come close to what zerorez did. Absolutely awesome!
REAL service! Don was extremely thorough, getting out imbedded hair (yuk!) and stains that had been there for years. Even a red wine stain came out of my mother's beige carpet! Thanks for the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done. I will be recommending you and will be calling you next time we need your help!

Products used contin no harsh chemicals which makes for a clean, not harsh after smell. Better than green products. Carpets looked much brighter after cleaning.
Services are OUTstanding!! Very professional, courteous and kind. Being that we had to schedule after working hours due to our lease/building policy - I stayed to lock up after work was done so I witnessed firsthand how hard Joshua Fitgarrald and his team worked NON-STOP practically until the work was completed. I know they put extra-work into our VCT floors which made all the difference. It's made this place look like a whole new office!! I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone. Their prices are very comparable to others (I had to gather 2 other estimates) and were JUST a tad more but hey - you pay for what you get and quite frankly, I feel like we underpaid them after seeing the hard honest work they put into it and the final outcome of our floors. We will definitely use them again!!

We loved that Zerorez was all non-toxic and no chemicals. Our carpets and upholstery look great, practically brand new, and you guys were able to come out for our big job within a week. Would recommend to everyone!
