These guys were fantastic. They were quick, thorough, showed me before and afters, and explained what it was they were doing. Very nice and professional. made sure I was happy with the results. Will definitely use these guys again.

I like the pet treatment that makes the carpet look and smell brand new. Also the steam machine is awesome. As far as the service is concerned, I love Stephan ! (Stefan?) he’s very professional and even demo’d a small section of another rug that I am thinking about getting cleaned. He knows what he is doing and cleans persciely.

On June 21, 2019, we had a carpet cleaning emergency and called Zerorez. Justin agreed to come after completing his scheduled appointments for the day. He arrived at 6:30 P. M. to do the cleaning and was caring, personable, and very professional. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Zerorez. GB

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician cleaned my dirty tile and grout floors so good, they look almost like new. The technician was very polite and worked fast. He was right on time as he said he would be. He also helped with the furniture removal and replaced it as well.
I am very happy with the job. Well worth the money.

Carpet installed 2016. . . Areas that were bad and have been cleaned over the last three years are GONE ! JUST GONE !!! AMAZING...

Our upholstered Queen Charlotte chairs with full ruffle in Buffalo Lite Green Plaid look so good. We'll be having our Valances (same fabric) done next week with Steven. TIP: ask for Steven!

I wasn't able to be home during the service but my roommate was there. They called and texted me the day before to confirm arrangements and were going to let themselves in with a spare key if no one was there. They found the place easily and even when my roommate was home they texted and called to update me on the plan. They went over everything in common terms with me so I was able to make the best decision of what needed to happen and understood the prices associated. They were super friendly per my roommate. They were efficient and quick. They truly performed the exact quality of service they promised for the price promised. When I returned home later that day I was thrilled with the quality of my floors and could tell they did exactly as they had explained even when I wasn't around to see it. I really appreciated everything they did and just wish I would have called them sooner!
