My carpets hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. They looked dingy, high traffic areas were very dirty, the nap of the carpet was flat. Kyle suggested that he use the Brush Pro on the high traffic areas for best results. He also cleaned my tile kitchen floor. When he finished, my carpets look terrific!

Beau was very professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do to our carpet and the results were way beyond expectations. I will only be using you folks for any future carpet or furniture cleaning.

Oh my gosh!! The carpet was terrible and it totally looked 2 shades lighter and so soft and fresh. Amazing job and that carpet is 37 years old!!!!!!! Miracle!!

When I first called Zero Rez, I was interested in getting the three room carpet cleaning special for $119. Jose, the carpet technician, came on time, prepared and professional. He mentioned other services the company had including cleaning furniture with an option for scotch guard protection. These were things I had hoped to do in the future. Once Jose gave me an estimate for cleaning two couches and a price for scotch guarding the carpets and furniture, the price was more reasonable than I expected. It made sense for me to go ahead with the whole thing.

It didn't take long to get the job done and it didn't take long for the areas to dry, even though it was a cold rainy day.
Jose worked hard and did an excellent job! Everything is fresh and clean.
