The staff working on the carpet were customer service oriented and cared about us being satisfied with the service. They came back and did one room that we thought still had a lingering odor without any questions and did a great job.

Having my area rugs cleaned offsite and up to this point my experience has been great. Making the appointment to have my rugs picked up was easy. They showed up in a matter of days with excellent communication. The gentleman (Kajuan sp?) that arrived was kind and explained the process well.
