Amazing job cleaning up a a bad stain that was there for 3 full days! Kyle was awesome explaining the steps and showing me what he did afterwards! I even asked for a quote on the tile and he did a demonstration and gave me an example of what it would look like. He immediately gave me a price and I was very impressed with the outcome and the results. Thank you very much Kyle and Joe for all your hard work.

Your people are always on time, work hard and seem to care about the consumer. I want to commend Jose who did our treatments....he was truly great!! However, I feel I was overcharged by about $200. This is based on what we paid the first 2 times we used Zerorez.. Granted, more was done this time (grout sealer & Scotch Guard) but I don't feel that should cause a more that doubling of the charge.
I thought the engagement was very friendly and provided personal attention. The service provided was just as good as expected.

Zerorez met and exceeded my expectation. Stains on the carpet, tile and grout that I thought were permanent were removed. I had no idea that the home I'm renting also had a pet, I'm so glad the technician advised me of the old urine stains and that he was able to clean and disinfect. I will definitely use them again.
