The technicians efficiently get the job done well and the carpet dries quickly. The pricing is fair and highly competitive.
What I don’t like is being giving a 3 hour time frame to show up on 2 different days and the technician being a ‘no show’ on one day. I rescheduled and my arrival time frame was 10 am to 1 pm and the technician added on work to his prior job. No one called me and he didn’t show up till 3:15 pm. When I questioned him he said ‘it’s not my fault, the office is supposed to keep up with my schedule and call the customer. This definitely needs to be throughly reviewing & addressed. I love your results but it’s not acceptable to no show with no phone call or miss the arrival window and no phone call. If it happens again I’ll change carpet cleaners . We have had you clean our carpets 6-7 times over the last 3 years! Do better on meeting the arrival windows. You can’t have your techs up selling prior customers and missing or arriving very late to already scheduled customers!

All I can say is if you need your carpets cleaned, call Zerorez!!! Beau did a fabulous job with all 3 carpets in the bedrooms and the grout in bathroom was done for free!!! It all looks brand new!!! He was thorough, professional and a great guy!! He explained everything and went through it all once it was finished. I had him take 2 rugs back with him for cleaning as well. I am just super pleased with the results and the value for the price !! Don’t hesitate to call Zerorez!!!
It was reassuring having the service technician, Stephan demonstrate to me how much dirt and pet dander he was able to extract from the carpet. Loved the outcome. The Techs who came out (Kyle and Jo from Zerorez) were great when they were here on Tuesday Jan 19th They explained exactly what they were doing and why. We love process. Kept us up with what they steps they were taking and why. They were both quick and friendly, And also prompt and professional. Loved the way our carpets and tile turned out. Would highly recommend.
Jose was amazing and our carpets look fantastic. He had to put some work in to get at some of the tough stains we had, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
