The personal attention paid by Kyle, your technician. He took the time to really understand the problem areas and then went above and beyond to address it. My carpet was cleaned and then the house and inside air smelled fresh.

Carpets looked great. Technician made recommendations to us based on our individual situation - two dogs, fabrics on our furniture, etc. Technician was professional, dealt well with us making changes to our original order and dealt well with the fact there were three adults and two dogs in the house while he was working and we kept rotating around the house to allow him to work. Very appreciative that he work a mask while in our home. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
