It was during the first wave of freezing rain and I figured they’d cancel, nope he actually called and said he could be about 3 hours early! The job took about 30 minutes for a king size mattress. The end result was pretty good! Thank you!

Everyone I interacted with at Zerorez was super-nice, helpful, and professional. For me, the cleaning didn't work out great, but that was due to the nature of the stains, and not Zerorez's fault. Again - the guy who came here was very clear about what I could expect, and gave me the opportunity to cancel the service with no penalty. Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I still like it was worth what I paid.

We had a great carpet cleaning experience from start to finish. The woman that scheduled our appointment was polite, professional and very helpful in finding a time that met our requests. The carpet cleaning technician did a great job and was also very polite and professional. There were not any strong scents leftover and the carpet was only mildly damp afterwards. Highly recommend!
