We had a great carpet cleaning experience from start to finish. The woman that scheduled our appointment was polite, professional and very helpful in finding a time that met our requests. The carpet cleaning technician did a great job and was also very polite and professional. There were not any strong scents leftover and the carpet was only mildly damp afterwards. Highly recommend!

Our technician (“K”) was incredible. He first came through each room with a black light to see if there were “bio-fluids” (use your imagination). I thought my carpets were relatively clean. I vacuum every other day and our dog never pees in the house. Y’ALL. Those carpets lit up bright purple like the TCU tower after a football victory. K suggested adding a “Bio treatment” and after seeing the black light proof, I couldn’t say yes fast enough. He was more thorough than any other carpet cleaner that we’ve ever had from any company. He went through each bedroom with care, and effectiveness. I am not exaggerating when I say that our carpets now look brand spanking new.
Not only was he great at his job, but he was respectful to my home, kind to my children, and fully explained everything he was doing so I didn’t feel I was being upcharged or not understanding what I was paying for.
