The carpet and floors looked wonderful after the technician (Stephan) was finished. We appreciated him explaining how the cleaning worked for both the carpet and grout and showing us the difference on a test patch. Will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to friends.

Carpets felt plush and were not super saturated upon completion.

There was an area in a bedroom that looked like it may have been missed because there was a small spot under a desk that came up when we hand cleaned it.

I love that it’s water-based cleaning and disinfecting!! Customer service has always been great. I think the pricing is fair.
I’ve experienced tile, upholstery, carpet, and duct cleaning. The tile is harder to tell, but feels like much deeper cleaning than just a mop, and gives me peace of mind with my little crawling around the ground. The carpet and upholstery is where I can really tell a difference- not only feels cleaner, but even softer!!

Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he explained the process and system so we knew what to expect. We as a family are very satisfied with everything Zerorez offered and produced. Keep up the great work
