Being that my carpet is 17 years old I think y'all did the best y'all could. You also clean my recliner and I was a little discouraged that it didn't look too much better but that recliner is 14 years old and has never been clean. I've used Zerorez multiple times in my home and they have always been prompt, professional, and did a great job. I am a remodeling contractor and the carpet protector we used left a sticky residue on the client's carpet. Zerorez was the first company that came to mind to help us.
