Technicians are always prompt and personable. They come in ask some questions then get started. They work hard and efficiently so get the job finished quite quickly. They ask you to review each area and approve as well.
ALSO, they clean carpets and grout without using chemicals. That is extremely important to me. Their cleaning system works ever bit, if not better, than those I have used who use chemical cleaning products. Plus, I have learned over time that when chemicals are used on carpets they leave a residue that dust and dirt stick to. With Zerorez I haven’t found that to be true. Carpets seem to stay spot free longer.

The 2 guys who did my carpets were prompt in arriving and very courteous, friendly and professional. I was so impressed that they did a test run on the carpet 1st and had me check before they proceeded. They let me know exactly how much I would be charged before they were finished and how long they would be there. I will definitely use Zerorez again!!!

I'm not sure about the microseal we purchased for two rooms and then got one free. Not sure how spraying something from a spray bottle can seal a whole room carpet. I wasn't in the house when he sprayed. Guess I'm not that smart about things like that.. There wasnt much used from the bottle for 3 rooms.He did explain how it works. I pray if we do have an incident happen it will work like it is suppose.

Desmond was prompt, efficient, and wanted to make sure he appropriately set our expectations regarding how clean our furniture and the grout lines in our tile floor could get. And he had a sense of humor, which isn't necessary but is always appreciated.

I've used your services many times and have always had great results, competent and pleasant technicians. I love the fact that there are no chemical, residual soap, perfumes plus the carpet dries in only a few hours. This was the first time I've had my couch/love seat cleaned. Looks great and dried even before the cleaning of my carpet was complete. They look brighter and the fabric looks tighter on the cushions. Will definitely have it done again.
