What I trust about Zerorez is, if there is a stain that doesn't come out with regular cleaning, they will send someone out to treat the area. They have always been able to get my carpets clean no matter the problem stain.

Carpet looked great. I have a dog and was glad to have a service that offers cleaning solutions that are pet safe. I'm overly sensitive to smells and was pleased that, rather than a cleaning agent scent, it was a light citrus scent.

Liked the explaination of the process and that you don't use heavy soap or fragrance. The carpet turned out great, very happy with the results. Also I added a pet stain treatment to one of the rooms and it really helped.
I'll be using you guys again for my downstairs carpets as soon as I get some of the furniture cleared out.

We have been using Zerorez for several years now to clean our carpets 1-2 times per year. At our previous home, we had white carpet and Zerorez worked diligently to help us keep the carpets looking great.
