Like as before I use these guys on a regular basis most carpet places clean the carpet and within a week it all resurfaces again but this business it stays cleaner for quite a longer time and they are so reasonable and professional and prompt I will continue using them until I can replace my floors with laminate wood. I wanted a cleaning service who didn't just steam clean but had a pet-friendly, non-toxic system. Zerorez seems to have that. They were very punctual and informative as to what we needed - we had some pet accidents over the years - and it was a low-cost solution to the problem. Cameron was in & out pretty quickly and the carpet dried within a couple of hours. There was a little odor from their water solution and the pet treatment, but that went away quickly. They stuck to their quote and it was quite affordable. They did a great job and my carpets are fresh and clean again.

The person that came to clean everything was very easy going, courteous, and helped me with all my extra questions.

We had two very light colored sofas cleaned and I was quite impressed with the results. Kyle did an excellent job; I've forgotten the actual color was almost white instead of sand color. We had a couple of rooms cleaned and despite the time consuming work with the sofas Kyle took his time and did an excellent job.

Kyle did an amazing job on our bedroom carpets and living room rug. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed having him in our home and we are enjoying the outcome of his labor.

I have had them clean my carpet’s several times. I love how clean my carpets come out. This time I had my ceramic tile included. It came out so clean! I recommend them!

Our cleaner was very professional. He called about 45 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He was here on time and was extremely professional when he arrived. He looked at everything , and then cleaned the carpets. When he was done he went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with everything before he left.
