The technician, Desmond, did a fabulous job. I really didn't think these carpets could be this clean. While there are still a few stains, I expected many more to remain. I also had the tile cleaned and sealed. Again, it doesn't look like new, but it is a vast improvement over what it was. Desmond was efficient and courteous. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

The kindness and humble service from the Representative. I was explained everything that was to be done. I had an area rug which the Representative informed me that could not be 100% clean but he offered another service in which they take the area rug for two weeks and clean it in-house.
