Staff on phone and in my home (Stephan) were courteous and efficient. Stephan explained cleaning process and did a short demo on my carpet to show results. My older, light-colored carpet came out looking great -- all stains removed and a nice fluffy texture that felt so clean. Their prices were competitive with other companies. Will definitely use again.

Prompt. On time. And I loved that the rugs have no residual chemical smell. The rugs were not soaking wet, so they dried completely within just a few hours. A great way to get clean carpets. I will use Zerorez again for sure.
