This service absolutely blew me away! Jeremy, the tech, went way above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met and left everything sparkling clean. He listened to what we needed, and was very thorough and careful with our furnishings and with more delicate area rugs.

It was my first time trying the Zerorez method, so I tested the claim that the carpets would be left without any residue or dirt at all. I placed a white napkin on the carpet in several places in different rooms to see if the wet napkin would show any dirt. Nope! They were right! Those napkins were clean as a whistle! Absolutely no dirt at all. I was worried because we have dogs and the carpets hadn't been cleaned since Covid started, but everything came up just fine.

Needless to say, between totally clean carpets (love that there's no heavy deodorant smell or anything, too) and excellent customer service by Jeremy, I will definitely be calling Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs!
