I like that they don’t use heavy chemicals that are harmful to my dog or kids. The staff is always very nice and the techs are equally nice and efficient. Easy to book and never had an issue with them.

The man who came to shampoo our carpets, I believe his name was Kaylin, was very willing to listen to what we wanted done. He explained how he would clean our carpets and how long they would take to dry. While discussing carpets, we mentioned our area rugs and learned that they could be cleaned in place, so we got him to do that also. My husband was wanting one rug to be gone over so that it would dry more quickly, so Kaylin went over the rug several more times until my husband was satisfied. We were very impressed with Kaylin's professionalism and also his cheerful and friendly demeanor. We intend to call your company whenever we need our carpets cleaned again. Cindy Brown

Photos don't lie.... give them a chance and try it one time, you have nothing to lose. Carpets stay cleaner longer. ( If possible ask for Stephan, I've had carpets since 1961 and he's THE Best. Yep I'm that old 78.)

We are soo pleased with the service that was done, we were closing in a day and needed a quick carpet clean, Zerorez came in, even had to come back because there was an issue with the key. They rescheduled and had every thing finished and perfect before closing . Carpet and tile looks amazing Thanks Zerorez and Joseph who actually did the cleaning. He was so responsive and communicated well with me even sent me after pictures Thanks again Joseph for all your help and kindness!!!

I wish I had asked him what the charge would be to clean one dog bed.. It was $30.00 and I only paid $40.00 for the bed. The last time, I had 3 dog beds cleaned and it was $10.00 per bed..

I have been a customer of Zerorez for the past several years and find their work to be exceptional! The carpet in our home is now fourteen years old, and yet when the service tech finishes cleaning it, it looks fantastic. I would be remiss, if I didn't mention not only the fine work my Service Tech, Kyle did, but that he is an asset to Zerorez. I will definitely ask for him, when I have my carpet cleaned in the spring.
