The man who came courteous and friendly. It took them about an hour to clean two large area rugs and a runner. The results were outstanding! The rugs looked like new and dried in a few hours with no residue of any kind, since no chemicals are used.

The tech reviewed our floors and showers and explained the process of cleaning the areas. Kyle K., the tech, was confident he could clean our floors and have them the way we wanted. He even did a sample cleaning of a small area in our kitchen that had a high traffic area of dirt and grime. The results of the sample area sold us on using Zerorez. The scheduling process was easy and a reminder was even sent days before. We are very happy with the outcome of our saltio floors and natural stone shower surrounds. We had some really difficult stains from a dog eating a greasy bone and it came up from the carpet with your pretreat. I was so thrilled by that. I also like that I can reach you easily by phone, you have my information in the computer and are able to come out in a few days.

Techs were friendly, did a good job. The process was pretty quick for 3 rooms.

Products are clean, smell good, and are safe! My couch and carpets and rug feel much cleaner!

Professional

Products and services are excellent. Have had carpets done twice a year for the past few years and have been well pleased. This time I had the tile done and the grout is grey again instead of black. Very happy with the results. Thus when it comes to my carpet or tile I think of only one company to call. ZEROREZ.
