Every workout is different. Coaches are excellent. They are always ensuring that you’re doing the floor exercises correctly. Lots of motivation from the group too - inspire each other to do your best. Great way to start or finish the day.

The combination of cardio, endurance and strength focus. The workouts consistently challenge me and I feel amazing after each class. Never boring, awesome coaches and fabulous support crew. Lovely community too!
I like walking in and not having to think about what to do on the tread or what exercises to do. I also enjoy the relationships between the coaches and how they motivate everyone to do their best.
