I love the energy of the coaches, the inclusive vibe of the studio, and knowing I will always work my hardest to achieve the best outcomes for me. There is always an encouraging word, or option if needed to help me push my comfort zone in the best way.

After my home studio closed, I very lost, but going to Habberfield has been great. The studio is really nice, the team very helpful and coaches Robbie & Neil have been fantastic. Looking forward to more sessions.

I get great results and love the whole vibe of the studio. Coaches are really good and great people. I’ve been doing OTF since 2016 and have lived in a few cities so been a member of a few different studios and can say that Mosman is the best!
The team at Orange Theory (Lorenzo) have been extremely accommodating to my needs and current circumstances. It's been a pleasant start to training again and could not be happier with my choice!
The high intensity, interval style of training has been great for overall strength and fitness. Instant feedback after the workouts is also valuable so you can see how hard you have been training.

It's thorough, it's prescribed for you and covers everything, especially over the course of a week (you don't have to work out a plan for yourself), it's always different and that keeps it fresh and interesting; it's an efficient hour and then it is done; coaches are lovely; there is a great community vibe.
