A great all round workout providing both cardio and strength training, rolled out in an inclusive and fun environment by wonderful Coaches.
I was tired of going to the same gym classes week in week out, but didn’t know what to do with weights or other floor exercises. So OTF has given me a much better full body work out and I leave with so much energy, always look forward to the next class!

Coaches always ensuring that you are using correct form and also the fact the coaches check on members during classes to ensure they are coping and not pushing too hard especially after time away from gym .
