I like the friendliness and professionalism of the trainers. The workouts are consistently tough but that’s what I’m there for and it is great to have statistics like splat points to monitor my progress.

It’s structured. I know I am working all my muscle groups and I can work hard or not so hard, and get a great result. I also love the motivation of the trainers. Always so positive and they know your name !!!!!

What do you like about our workout?

I have never been so fit. I enjoy coming to the classes, the instructors are great, there is enough variety for me to keep interested and motivated and the culture is welcoming and inclusive.
I love that there is a science behind the approach, and the music is fab. Very happy.

I love the variety of each of the lessons and the instructors give a good energy that keeps me motivated.

Also, it takes the thinking out of what I'm going to do at the gym. I just show up, and do the classes and feel great afterwards.

The playlists are nothing but bangers too.

What do you like about our workout?

The variety of the workout, the expertise coaching and encouragement. The results you see after a few weeks. My body shape has changed & I've noticed a difference in my strength, endurance & overall fitness. What I like is OFT is science based and works. I love the heart rate monitor to track my performance during the class. They also have occassional benchmark challenges to help track your improved performance. The studio is sparkling clean and COVID safe. I feel part of the OFT family with all the coaches & staff more than happy to assist you in any way. I was very unfit when I started coming but I didn't feel uncomfortable as everyone was so welcoming. My girlfriend recommended me as I could see the amazing results she was getting. I've never looked back. It's OFT all the way. I'm middle aged and I love being surrounded by fit young people that help keep me motivated in the class. You're never too old to make the change.

As a person who notoriously hates working out, I have never been able to stick to a gym or work out consistently. Orange Theory has changed the way I work out. It is now more a personal goal rather than a chore. I would 100% recommend OT to anyone who is starting their fitness journey because it is very beginner-friendly. The staff are so supportive and welcoming, that it feels like a family. The amazing coaches; Kylie, Lauren, Drew and more, push you to go further without being intimidating. The Transformation challenge builds a strong sense of team spirit and competitiveness, motivating you to go further. And the equipment is always clean and easy to use. Just a freakin' great gym! =)
