Cardio
It was intense but herein is the growth. If you genuine about being the best version of yourself then OT is right for you, especially if you want to improve your cardio and endurance. You’ll find Challenges from end to end in the session. Instructor was great. I pushed myself beyond my normal limit compared to when I train independently.
Staff are great and very friendly.

Each one is different. I have been a member for over 4 years and have never had two of the same workouts.
It is you competing against yourself and no one else.
Whole body workout, and I can see and feel the results.
It pushes me to do things I would not do on my own.
It’s a friendly environment
I’ve been an OTF member for over 2 years across 3 studios, mostly at Waterloo. It is my favourite by far, there is a real community vibe and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work guys!
