Love the energy that Shenae has brought to the studio!! Her enthusiasm, motivation & passion around health & fitness is uplifting. Really appreciate that she corrects our techniques when needed & will push us to improve our performance.
Have also noticed the little changes that have been made around the studio since she joined the team. The little things can make such a big difference & get noticed by us all.

Every session is different and that enables each individual to push themselves as needed without feeling pressure to keep up with others. The coaches are professional and "know what they are doing". Always feel great afterwards

Laura and Shenae are great coaches . Love Laura's music.
The other class mates at the 5 am classes are also good people , there is a sense of comradery.

It was intense but herein is the growth. If you genuine about being the best version of yourself then OT is right for you, especially if you want to improve your cardio and endurance. You’ll find Challenges from end to end in the session. Instructor was great. I pushed myself beyond my normal limit compared to when I train independently.

Each one is different. I have been a member for over 4 years and have never had two of the same workouts.
It is you competing against yourself and no one else.
Whole body workout, and I can see and feel the results.
It pushes me to do things I would not do on my own.

What do you like about our workout?

I’ve been an OTF member for over 2 years across 3 studios, mostly at Waterloo. It is my favourite by far, there is a real community vibe and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work guys!

Feel pushed and motivated by the great coaches every visit.
Feel safe because I know if I’m not doing floor workout correctly they will correct me.
