I love the group, the coaches and the workout. I don’t need to feel motivated I just have to walk thru the door and I am involved in a fun, comprehensive exercise session.
I have really liked the trainers at OT. Ariel was great, always motivating and was focused on making sure the exercises are done correctly. Sam has also been great and it very energizing.
I enjoy the variety of the workout and that they are adaptable to your fitness levels. The coaches are great - they push you to work harder, lift stronger and work towards your goals. I have never been fitter!

Was told to some 20 minutes early as first workout - no-one was there and trainer turned up late

The workouts are perfect for gaining and maintaining a very high level of fitness. The coachers are highly professional and I recommend the classes to everyone regardless of your fitness level.
Love the variety of the classes
The workouts are great, they’re challenging but fun and going to a class doesn’t feel like a chore, you actually look forward to going. My fitness levels have improved and I can already see a difference in my cardiovascular endurance too.
The trainers are excellent, very friendly, approachable and help motivate you during the class. I would never go to another gym again, Orangetheory Fitness is the best.
each session is varied so it doesn’t seem like you’re doing the same every time & the sessions are uplifting so you walk out feeling good! Thank you 😊
The variety is balanced with progression. Some other programs are totally random, this is well thought through to help you lift levels of fitness progressively over time. Love it.

The coaches are fantastic, the music is good (gets you going), and the workouts are challenging but surprises you that you can do them. Overall, it's the great coaches that makes it a great workout.

I like the three stations. I like having the motivation of earning at least 12 splat points. The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging. I go with my husband and some other friends, then we have coffee afterwards which is something I look forward to each week.
Don't have to think; coaches are encouraging; never boring.
OT is the best thing I ever did.! This gym work is like no other ! It incorporates 1 hr of treadmill,Water rower then gym floor weights and band work. The coaches are Amazing inspiring you to do your best, but also assist in making sure, you get your form correct when do your weight floor part of the work out. I do highly recommend people and tell people to check out OT. I always come away from my session feeling ready to start my day. Both my mind and body. Thank You! Orange Theory!
