It’s different, wouldn’t push myself that hard on my own
I really love the variety of the workouts. Most gyms stick to a particular schedule which means workout styles are limited to certain days. I love turning up and not knowing what will be the focus for the day. I really enjoy how the workouts improve not only muscle but really strengthen the cardiovascular system. The benchmark workouts are also a great way for us to understand how our fitness has improved.

OTF is an all encompassing workout for your body and mind!
Not only is OTF a full body, high intensity workout but I also use the workouts to manage stress.
Every session provides you with an opportunity to work hard, sing loud and have fun with your OTF team mates
I love the temperature of the studio… it’s lovely not to overheat and have lots of fans available. I also like it’s dark and not a spotlight environment.
Shannon was hilarious and I loved his class, which was my first.
It’s a really friendly vibe. I didn’t come here to make friends, but it’s still nice to have warm and friendly people about. I’ve run into someone I know each class… it’s perhaps going to be more social than I anticipated. I’m really loving it!

I've just returned from some time off - issues from Covid. The team are so supportive and kind. Its a great atmosphere and I was so happy to be back.
