Instructors are knowledgeable, they correct form, guidance during class is easy to follow, and the reformer is better equipped and more comfortable than other Pilates studios.

I love it all, the studio, the instructors, the results! The only thing is the cost, I wish I could afford to come more.

Loved the class and instructor! I do wish she had learned my name in the start. She called me the wrong name in front of the class and I didn’t want to be rude and correct her! Everyone made me feel very welcome though and I was so sore in a good way! Excellent class!

Love how it’s a challenging workout but it’s not intimidating. It’s fast paced or slow paced depending on your level. Same with offering modifications. Great instructors that are skilled and kind.
