I fell in love with Lagree at my home studio in London, ON and was really happy to be able to maintain my progress while in Toronto for a week. I tried all three TO locations, and found that, though each unique, they offer a consistent experience with great instruction.

Great instructor. It was my first class and she was always making sure my form was good throughout the moves. Music was great too.
Overall fantastic workout. Easy to schedule and predictable class times. Perfect for strengthening and toning. I had one less than great class Sunday, 9/10 at 8:30am. By 9:15 we had only done the initial core block and legs leaving only 5 minutes for obliques and arms. There were 6 leg moves on each side. I rely on these workouts to hit abs, legs, and arms since I can only come twice a week so any class that spend 40 minutes on only one of these areas feels like a wasted workout to me.
