I love this studio and have been coming here for over 7 yrs. This past class was not enjoyable- some feedback:
The routine was great- and I would have loved to return to see this teacher again. But I left the class very agitated.
For a 7am class, the microphone level was the loudest I’ve ever heard at this studio where it was hurting my ears and so loud that the music was not even audible. I asked the teacher nicely if she could please turn down the microphone (i knew this was her second class in a row so she probably was desensitized to how loud it was). She just responded “I don’t know how to do that, I just have a loud voice”.
Please provide ear plugs if there is no regulation on volume. I could hear her clearly on armitage street before even coming into the building.

Your teachers are fantastic -- the studio is light and airy -- machines are spread out -- everything is clean.
Great workout, hard but result driven.

the most incredible class. perfect balance of challenge with graceful fluid transitions, excellent modification options, and exceptional playlists so you just fly through the workout.
Instructor is very knowledgeable and able to guide and cue so clearly even a beginner can catch on seamlessly.
If you’re looking for excellence this is the class for you!!

Staff was very friendly and laid out exactly what to expect. The instructor was also great and supportive throughout class, making the entire experience more enjoyable. The studio was spotless and the equipment was amazing!

Danny has the best classes he always kicks my a$$, literally can hardly walk the rest of the week cause I’m so sore. The classes are very expensive but I find I can only go once a week due to how sore I get so the 10 class package is the best option for me. I love the River North location!

The pilates class was very easy to follow and a healthy challenge, yet, still not too overwhelming for an intermediate or beginner to be scared away.
Instructors have challenging classes, but are always encouraging and bring good energy!
