Studio Lagree's instructors are great; I like that they have multiple locations; all the facilities are clean and secure; and everything about taking a class is easy.
I really like all the instructors and front desk staff. They are all so nice and welcoming. I also like the upbeat music but it isn't blasted so I can actually hear the instructions. I also like how the instructors also keep an eye on you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and offer modifications if you need them.

Studio Lagree has been the best switch up for my fitness routine. I have been lifting for 6 years and was feeling burnt out and inflamed from the heavy lifting everyday. I love the challenge that Studio Lagree gives me and I feel myself getting stronger each class. In just a couple of months I have noticed significant changes in my body, changes I never saw from many years of lifting. My favorite instructors are Riley, Emily, Erin and Claire. They have awesome instructional cues and always play good music!

These workouts are extremely hard and perfect for an exercise enthusiast! They were not for me, but I really appreciate the flexibility you gave me in dealing with my situation. Also, the instructors and staff were always very welcoming and even made me feel okay about being totally inept at the exercises. It's definitely something worth trying if you're looking for the next challenge in your workouts.

Danny took the time before class to give me a detailed overview of the machine and how class would go. In my years of taking fitness classes I have never had someone do that and I appreciated it so much! The class was great

I love the actual workout, low impact but so hard.
Love the classes, the challenge and the overall workout. ONLY negative comment is that there is a woman named Karen that comes to the 9:00 class. She does whatever she wants ants. If the class is doing arms, she lays down and does supine inner thighs. It is so distracting. It’s a group class. If she wants to have an individual tailored workout, she should have to take private classes.
