Arielle is a great instructor. I’m looking forward to having her back on sundays in the new year. Please try to keep her on a weekend. She’s absolutely wonderful and very good at what she does. I find her instructions easier to follow than most. She prepares you before a set is done and describes what is coming next very clearly so that you can keep going without skipping a beat.

I had an awesome time at this Sunday morning session ! I have been looking for a new fitness challenge and although very low impact, I felt just the perfect amount of rewarding challenge. When the class finished, I was not ready to leave because I wanted to continue. When it comes to fitness that is what I am always looking for - I want to yearn for more! Studio Lagree Queen East you have gained a new hustler :)
Jeffrey is an incredible instructor. He is attentive, thoughtful, and creative in how he puts together his class. He is intentional and I am a fan of his music. I take his classes at least times a week.
