I would highly recommend not only a friend, but anybody to Lagree studio. Bianca and I had our 3rd class this week, 2 at River N with Danny and figured we would try Lincoln Park with Danny on Sunday and it was just another great time and experience. We absolutely love Danny’s approach, energy and engagement throughout the class.

I love how I can go to various instructors and get a good, full body Lagree workout! I've had great experiences in all classes and there seems to be a very clear high standard for classes which as a Lagree lover and certified in the method myself helps me enjoy the workout with complete trust, which is huge!
Kendall N’s truly the best! Her programs are challenging and engaging, her demos are clear and easy to follow, and she’s always so positive and seems truly happy to be there. I’ve already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so! Gold star!!
This is the best workout I have ever done, without a doubt. In addition to being incredibly physically demanding, it requires full concentration, so it gives my overthinking brain a rest from all of my worries because I’m so focused on doing the moves correctly. Angie is an unbelievably fantastic trainer.

I love Angie’s classes! They are so challenging and she really helps me make sure my form is correct and that I have mind to muscle connection. I am slowly building my way up to be able to attend more than 1 of her classes each week 😂😂
Amazing instructor, great class
Julia Kogan was an amazing instructor! As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable and ensured my first class was a fantastic experience. Even though the class is challenging, you can immediately feel how effective it is at building strength. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The instructor was very friendly, helpful, and encouraging during the class and offered modifications to meet my needs, so I felt really comfortable and was able to push myself.
Full body workout. Love emphasis on posterior chain too. Excellent instructors with on-point cueing
