Leah was an amazing coach. Her class was very challenging and she was attentive to corrections for all the clients. This was my first class at this studio (just in town visiting) but as a former coach at an another megaformer studio, I loved having her as an instructor.

Sydney was super helpful with new clients gave us a tour and let us know what to expect. Lots of energy great instructions super patient. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. I will be back again.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and we really enjoy the quick transitions in class.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. I just couldn’t hear the instructor very well. If the music could be turned down during instructions, or if the instructor could speak louder, that would’ve been helpful.
Jeffery is an amazing instructor. His programs are always challenging but accessible and his playlists are the best!
I will say though, for a boutique fitness studio charging premium prices, it’s clear the megaformers are in need of maintenance (e.g. the straps, the handles, the springs, etc) just from general wear and tear.
Aside from that, Lagree is a great workout!

I love the workout! My only wish is that there were just a little bit of cardio incorporated to kick up our heart rate.

Some instructors better than others.
Package pricing makes absolutely no sense. It’s cheaper to just continue buying 2 packs that expire in a week than a larger package. Very frustrating. We’d to have packages for specific # of classes per month.
