I have been coming in consistently for Jeffrey’s Friday morning classes. As a former fitness instructor, I love that the classes are challenging but adaptable and easy to modify if needed. They provide a consistent and great workout and a welcoming environment.
Instructors and atmosphere
Kate is by far the absolute best instructor - she takes the time to explain the movements and corrects any mistakes which I don't find many instructors (at King) do. The staff are great here!

Amount of classes
The class I took was fun and uplifting. It was a positive atmosphere that was motivating and engaging. I have never taken a class like this before, but I definitely recommend and would encourage others to try it. I will 100% be returning.
It is the class itself and what it has to offer
I like the mix HIIT technique bag work and sparring. Every class is different and helps you level up. The environment and coaches are inclusive of all fitness and skill level which is super important when you’re getting started or feeling stuck learning something new
