I was very impressed with CorePower Yoga in Kailua! The staff was very friendly. The studio was clean, and the class itself was everything I hoped it would be... Challenging yet relaxing! I left feeling more confident, as well as physically and mentally stronger. I will definitely return!

Friday morning sculpt class
The staff is very friendly, the management is extremely responsive to clients and there is a good diversity of classes.
Maisa was my instructor on Thursday night yoga. It was my favorite class I have ever been to. She was so great and I definitely want to go to more of her classes
