Convenience ( walking distance from my condo) and non judgmental clases

All the instructors are very professional and offer slight differences in their practice. I think this is important and great because it speaks to individuality and allows people to choose a teacher that will help them overcome a mental and or physical obstacle during the week. For instance some yogis offer a more spiritual flow where as others offer sequences that challenge and strengthen the body. I enjoyed all the classes I have taken so far.

I just wish I lived here. When I get back to Santa Barbara and thinking about joining core power close to my home. I only hope it measures up to your Kailua location. I've appreciated the amount of energy with intention and presence of mind I've experienced from your teachers. I went to 3 sculpt classes with my week trial. Holy cow. I can see the difference already! But most importantly, the I got so much out of the classes because of the teachers are so motivating and energizing.

I've done yoga only about 5 other times prior to going this past Friday at 6:15. It was absolutely amazing! The environment was great and so was the instructor. I love how she began with a quote to get everybody in the right state of mind. The class was definitely way above average but what really set it over the edge was the live music. I can't remember the musicians name but she was amazing too. Live music alone would have made it perfect but she was much more than that. The musician had such a sweet, smooth and relaxing voice. Her transitions from song to song were absolutely flawless and her guitar strokes were perfect and soothing for the environment. I look forward to attending another class with that great combination of yoga and live music again... I just wish I didn't have to wait a whole week. However, it is a great way to kick off the weekend.

Love the class times, every hour. And all day. As well as being able to drop in, no sign up. I Like my card, swipe & done, Very efficient. Many teachers call me by name, which makes it feel like Cheers. I like the diversity of teachers.
Love the core work in every class. And love the option of Yoga sculpt on days I need a bit more.

I like the atmosphere. Would love to see some C2 classes added in the later morning about 9-930. Also some clubs do cold towels at the end of class which would be a nice addition. The live music Friday night C2 is awesome!
