The classes are challenging but you can go at your own pace. I love the music and energy of the classes and I feel great afterwards!

I was visiting and took two classes. They were both excellent and great workouts. The instructors were kind and knowledgeable.

I love the C3 and Yoga sculpt classes. Most instructors are professional and interested in improving the student's practice.
