I love the instructors, the soothing environment during classes, the work out I get and how much I sweat, the frequency of hands-on adjustments! I love all of it! Also, the facilities and showers are really nice!!

Only advice would be to mic your instructor's therefore they don't loose their voices teaching and The class doesn't loose any intensity with the Music having to be turned down to hear
Instructor.

The choice of different classes and different styles of teachers. I do wish there were a later morning class of C2. I frequent the 0545 one often. But, on my off days....it may be nice to sleep in a bit 😁

I am a level 1 student. In my (not always successful) quest to take a class everyday, I have taken level 1, 1.5, 2 and yoga sculpt. I do what I can do and have always been encouraged by the wonderful teachers to modify, or rest when it becomes too much for me. The teachers have all been wonderful. I loved ALL of the classes.
