The studio is clean and roomy. Loved to know that I was able to shower after class allowing me to continue on with my day (i.e. return to work etc.) One suggestion I do have is to have hooks outside of the showers where you can hang your towel and or clothes. I am Happy that I joined and Will Share my experience with others
The workouts are truly challenging. The instructors are knowledgable and encourage everyone at their individual level of fitness. The classes are well structured and the facility is new and beautiful.

I'm in love with Core Power Yoga! My first experience with this place has been awesome, I found a yoga place I enjoy. The amenities are new and staff make you feel welcomed. The Kailua ladies locker room feels like a spa. :) My favorite so far is Yoga sculpt w/ Michelle, but all the trainers are wonderful. I will continue my yoga here because I enjoy the private positive atmosphere.
