Your studio has the most amazing teachers! I travel interisland for work and visit between 3-4 studios a week. Kate Lynn, Jenn and Sheryl (and now Caitlin R.) are some of the best teachers in the state (in my opinion). The studio is clean, friendly and always welcoming.

The classes make yoga accessible to all, beginners to advanced. The use of essential oils is pretty great too!!

Love the classes, especially C2, sculpt, and the Friday live music class. The teachers, especially Whitney, Jen C, Kate Lynn, Sarah Yo, Sarah Jayne, and Ashley S. rock!! All the teachers are so nice and welcoming - great feeling when you walk into the studio. Love that class is consistent, yet different. I love that it's not true hot yoga like bikram (>105 degrees). I always know I'm going to sweat. I love that the teachers really encourage you and do their best to have you focus on being present. The locker rooms/restrooms are super nice! The water bottle refiller is also a highlight - great feature that adds a ton of value.

I like very much the location and especially the friendly instructors.

What would I like to see changed? I am a beginner and I take C1 classes. They are taught everyday at 0930. It would be nice to have some other C1 classes taught at other times during the day (not evening).

Attitude cleanliness and heated studio

Great instructors convenient, frequent class times, super clean studio.

Kailua studio of the three in Oahu feel much more like a boutique yoga studio. The staff tries to learn the students' names that really makes you feel a part of studio and community there.

Awesome experience

We live in Denver otherwise we would join this one. We will be back next time in town.
