I like the variety of classes (and numerous class times), the clean facilities, and the friendly instructors. The Kailua location is also convenient for me.
Maisa is good, since she starts her sessions with personal stories and connects with the yogis with empowering "positive thinking". She is a great story teller and is very personable, yet professional 👏 First name removed

I'm a beginner to yoga and I love the C1 class! It's beginner friendly but still challenging and offers me a good workout.
I enjoy being able to do yoga and feel like I'm getting some type of work out. The sculpt environment is my favorite. However, I don't like the new schedule change. I get off at 4, and going to the kailua studio at 6:15 is just not feasible. The 5pm clad was much better.

Your studio has the most amazing teachers! I travel interisland for work and visit between 3-4 studios a week. Kate Lynn, Jenn and Sheryl (and now Caitlin R.) are some of the best teachers in the state (in my opinion). The studio is clean, friendly and always welcoming.
The classes make yoga accessible to all, beginners to advanced. The use of essential oils is pretty great too!!
