It was the perfect type on intensity ant the couple of instructors that checked me in were very nice .

I love CorePower and the community it brings! However, I think the towels to rent are atrocious. They fall apart at the touch and leave pieces all over myself (that is covered in sweat) that gets in my eyes and all over my mat. Would love to see either newer or better quality towels as they do cost money to rent them on top of a monthly subscription. Thank you!

They very friendly accomodating and clean and supporting the only thing that bothers me is the quality of the towels they have for rent at the studio,very poor quality.

I love the sculpt and strength x classes. Core power makes me feel motivated and has become an outlet for me physically and mentally.

Maka is a gifted speaker with a beautiful, warm, soulful voice. She wrung out my entire body. I was thanking her all day long for releasing something that had been stuck in my lower back. Maka is a gift to Core Power and all who are fortunate enough to be scooped up in her caring hands. Not many people find their calling.Mala certainly did and we are all fortunate to learn from her. Thank you, Maka!

well greeted upon arrival proper explanations of procedures and what class and offered a towel and yoga matt and a lock and key . Clean friendly welcoming enviroment. Great teacher and amazing classes 10.10 recomend

Excellent classes -- clean studio and pleasant staff

Corepower allows me to take time to myself and to just let the outside world go for an hour. Instructor Jaz at the Kailua location is AMAZING. I really wish she had more classes throughout the week besides Thursday that I would be able to attend.

I like the classes and go based on the instructor I like.

The classes are a great way to stay healthy and active. But the studio needs some upkeep. The water fountain filter has been showing red for a couple of weeks . Also, the ADA shower has the water temperature switched cold is hot and hot is cold. Why has it not been fixed or at least labeled correctly? I often find myself informing new members because they don’t know this and want to shower.

What makes Core Power so great is the incredible staff and the warm, welcoming vibe.

This is the best workout and it it fun. I feel great after going to yoga sculpt. My favorite instructor (Jaz) is so motivating and helpful in showing alternate ways (according to your preferred exercise level) for each exercise. She makes the class a blast. I highly recommend Corepower Yoga.

I like the wide variety of classes. Also, I like that classes are offered throughout the early morning and late afternoon.

I miss Kailua’s 0700 Sculpt class on Sat.
I wish Sat. 0700 sculpt class can come back.
Jaz is an instructor I love going to.
