It started with Sales. We were fortunate to be paired with Rachel Lovett. She listened and showed us several campers. She spent all day trying to find us one that checked all our boxes. We didn’t find the “one”. We left but Rachel kept on working. She sent several texts about more campers. She tracked down on in Defuniak Springs that we really wanted to look at. We went through the process to get it delivered to Grand Bay. The service department had it all clean and cooled off when we arrived. Rachel took us out to look and we fell in love! She delivered!! Jonathan in the Service Department showed us everything. He was so thorough and didn’t mind us asking lots of questions. He really took the time and covered it all. We also worked with Tammy Brannon in the Business Office. Our whole financial process went so smoothly. She really knows her stuff! We love our experience with Great American RV Store - Grand Bay.

Danny Tabor hands down was the most awesome salesman! He went into every little detail about the camper I was buying and he answered all my questions honestly and to the best of his knowledge. The finance lady Tammy was very sweet and very professional and she made all the paper work simple easy and quick. The technician Jonathon was very specific during the final walk through. He showed me and explained to me everything I needed to know about my camper very polite and professional. There was a couple other guys who assisted when we found a few problems who came in and resolved the issues quickly. The guys who installed the hitch was very specific and professional. We spent 4 and a half hours at Great American RV doing the final walk through and going over all the things I needed to know about my new camper and the whole time me and my wife was greeted and treated very well by everyone we came in contact with. Thank you for the great service I highly recommend Great American RV!

From the intake process to the walkthrough of our unit, very impressed with the flow of my purchase.
In my recent visit. I turned over my unit for refrigerator repair and top rear marker lights to be checked for power. The communication was lacking. I was not notified of any actions after more than two weeks. I had to call in to check on the progress. After making that call l was informed that a part was on order for the refrigerator and the lights had been replaced. After waiting another week and a half with no communication had to call in again for another progress check. I did not authorize the lights to be replaced but it was acceptable. The value of the parts and service was acceptable. The lack of communication was not what I expected.

I recently purchased my very first travel trailer and am so excited! Whenever I make a purchase I shop around and thoroughly research. Started out with Nick at the Breaux Bridge location, and then came back to him to make the deal. He answered every one of my questions, returned every phone call, email and text, and basically took care of me. He went above and beyond whenever needed. Got to meet with his bosses and everyone treated me like I was a valued customer. I am sure there are good RV sales people at other companies and locations, but making the decision to stick with Great American RV at the Breaux Bridge location has turned out to be the most satisfying - it doesn't get any better.
I am big on good customer service. Stephan and everyone else I came in contact with understood and provided that great service. They were prompt and very informative. They resolved my problem in a short amount of time and I truly appreciate it.
