He went through every detail to ensure our RV was up to our (and Grand Designs) standards. When we discovered a technical issue, Nick, Chase, and Mark took great care of us. Everytime we walk in Stan greets us with a smile. He asks us about our daughter and her plans of being a doctor, he knows my husbands interest in Indian motorcycles, we talk about the snow in Colorado and the love we share for the area. Stan knows all of that about us because he cares. We don't feel like customers taking a ticket and a seat, it feels like home. Heather is in the next room. She always has our back listening, joining the conversation with helpful advice. Michael is at the service desk always helpful. There's a reason why we've been coming there for 10 or more years, and will continue returning, the people that work there.

GARV in Memphis took my Phaeton in to service a jammed bay door while in route to Florida. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Billy and Jason weee great! All RV repair shops should operate like this.

Our experience was easy from start to finish. The front desk staff was very welcoming and courteous. Our salesman, Greg was super low key and not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Amanda in Service was great! She was so fun and went above and beyond with getting us the right hitch and showing us how to use it properly! They even allowed us to stay the night so we didn’t have to haul it in the in the dark and rain and and avoid having to set up at our campsite and night. Great people, easy to do business with!

The Service technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been treated with respect and curtesy. Logan has made each of my interactions with the service department very easy. She truly understands the customer and their concerns. She provides day to day updates and is willing to go the extra step to make sure the customer understands each step of the process. Logan is the best.
